Paper work is at insurance!

Finally! My paper work is at the office of BCBS/Wellmark in Iowa. I live in North Carolina, but my husbands insurance is out of state. Dr. Bauman's office sent it in on Friday (the 28th). I called the insurance co yesterday to ensure they had received all of it. She said they had and that I should know if I was approved within a week! I don't think I could be anymore excited and nervous as I am right now. Susan

Hi Susan, Angela D. here from Winterville. I am in the same boat you are. I got my paperwork done 2 wks ago and I'm waiting on the insurance co. I have Medicaid of NC. I was told when they get the paperwork, it could be as soon as 10 days. I am waiting by the phone.. Getting very excited. Oh by the way, where in NC is your town? I havent heard that town b4. Hi Susan, I have BCBS, out of state, too. My company is based in Buffalo, so even though I work out of Raleigh and live in Greenville, my insurance is BCBS of Western NY. I got verbal approval in about 2 weeks, and got the letter a week later. I'll cross my fingers that things go just as smoothly for you. Take care! Lisa
