TGIF....WHERE IS EVERYONE?

Ok its Friday and I don't know about you all, but I am ready to be off for the weekend. I weighed today and I've lost 8 more lbs.....I am down 154lbs. 46 more to go and I will have met my goal. I thank the Lord everyday for this surgery and all the wonderful new friends I have made. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Love, Angie

Hello All, Took today off from work , cleaned house and ran a couple errands. I am so tired now, and my foot is killing me . Tonight the DH Gavin along with Jamey and her new boyfriend are heading over to the Japanese Steakhouse for dinner YUMMY. Tomorrow cookout with Jamey's Mom and Dad ( by the way they are super sweet people ) Sunday hummm don't know yet. Gastric Bypass has changed my life in so many ways. Not only am I so much happier, healthier I have made so many new friends, it has been such a blessing. Thank you Dr Melkonian for taking such good care of me , thank you OH Family for being so kind. I am here too!! I am still at home recovering from my second surgery but feeling 1000 times better. I can really tell Dr. Lowe fixed my obstruction because I just plain fell good now but still a little sore. I hope everyone has a good weekend. My DH and I plan to go watch the Panther's camp in SC this weekend. Getting ready for my favorite time of year! FOOTBALL SEASON!!! GO PANTHERS!. Shannon

Hey Angie! You lil' dickens...we are going side by side, I am now down 154 pounds, met my surgeon's goal of 170-180 (I am at 166, but my ultimate goal is 150 and to be more muscular. But what a differece this tool has made...Thank God for His hand in the you! Nancy
