Where has everyone been. Not alot happening on the board. I am a year out and still here. So come on peeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Amy,I was in the Hospital for 4 days with an ulcer.Back now and on more meds for 3 months.Then my B/P kept going up so back to my PCP today and began on Atenalol again .I began it before surgery along with my other 2 B/P meds but I am not begining that.Thank God.I hope you are doing well.I have lost 25 for my 6 week check up and thats 56 from Feb when me and my boyfriend ,Steve began to watch what we ate and I had to get under 50 BMI to have surgery at my hospital.I am still not eating much variety but it's ok .I am losing and getting stronger.I needed B-12 also .I hope that helps.Dee
