I'm back...

Hey everyone, made it back from the beach. I had a good time, but was glad to get back to my on bed. Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th. I didn't lose any wt while I was gone, but didn't gain either so I am happy for that, because I felt that I eat more than I should have. I won't be at the meeting tonight.....I have too many things to catch up on. Hope everyone has fun. Take Care. Love, Angie
