Moving to NC!

Hey everyone! I am in the process of moving to the Lake Gaston area of NC with my husband and step-son. They are already down there, living with my mother-in-law and I will hopefully be there at the end of this month. I am still working in Virginia while we wait for the new house to be built! Anyway, I am looking for some local people to chat with. Aside from my husband's family, I really know nobody in the area. If you are in the area, or close by, send me an email. I moved here 3 years ago from south florida and have no clue where Lake Gaston is!! heheh I live in the South Charlotte area and know where Gastonia is and that isnt too far away. Anyways - welcome to NC!

Thank you Jennifer! Lake Gaston is actually in the northern part of the state, on the Virginia/NC border. Gastonia, if I am not mistaken, is in the southern part of NC, right?

Hi Stacey, We will be moving down, well I will, in the fall to the Raleigh/Durham area. My husband is already down there. We have lease issues so I am up in VA for now. SO hope we can meet some day. Paula
