Is it Friday yet ???

Yikes, what a long week. I have a question ladies, have you ever had a doctor after WLS , act scared to treat you? My OBGNY doctor that I have used for almost 20 years , told me yesterday I had fyborid tumors in my female parts, but since I have had gastric bypass, he would be too worried to even do a sample test... he said these tumors are almost always okay only 2 in 100 are cancer,, shucks what if I am one of the two... I have had really reallly painful periods , so I went in for a mid year check, he did not even feel comfortable to prescribe me pain meds since my surgery ( I was a Advil lover, and Tylenol does nothing for my pain ) . Any of you have any of these issues yet ? Have a great day

I would go to another doctor. The rules for drugs are pretty simple, if we can figure it out, looks like a doctor could. I wi**** was Friday also. I think everyone is trying to get ready for vacation and thats what has made the week long. Good luck with the GYN thing. I know fyborid tumors are painful. Angie

golly gee I wi**** were Friday.... !!!! It has been an awefully long week in my book! I wish I could share some good advise wtih you (Allison, I hope I have the right name ) I can relate to everything except begin post-op WLS... I am having female surgery in August due to fybroids...
