My EGD went GREAT!!!

Hello all, Just wanted to update on how my EGD went, well the last thing I remember is my nurse (Sharon who was great) telling me to hold my breath and swallow after she sprayed my throat the first time and then again after she sprayed the second time saying swallow and then I woke up in the recovery room, I looked around and asked the nurse when they were going to start and she looked at me and said hun, they have already finished and your in recovery! No sore throat, no nausea and no pain!! I guess I worried myself for nothing. I even had a slice of cheese pizza for dinner! I was starved.

that's great!!! I hope my EGD goes that good!!! I have an EGD & colonoscopy scheduled for next friday... oooh soo much fun I'm going to have I'm sure!! and then when I begin my WLS journey officially.. I'll have to have another performed by my bariactric surgeonLOL
