Good morning everyone. Where are you and how are you doing?? I am doing just great, my friend and yours.....Larry emailed me this morning and told me he was glad that fatty/greasy food made my tummy hurt. He said that way we don't eat them and gain our weight back. You know He is right!!!! We have to take that as part of the tool telling us to watch it, and not get so ****y that we over eat or eat the wrong things and get back into bad habits. THANK YOU SO MUCH LARRY THAT MEANT THE WORLD TO ME!!!! I weighed this morning and the scale said minus 1 more pound!!! YIPEE!!! only 23 more to the doctors goal 326/173/150. You all have a super day, see you all soon. Love to all Rita

Jessica, You must have been ******g up a storm since yesterday. I think I am finally drained out since my hospital visit this last week. I put on 7 or 8 pounds and did not freak out . I was confident knowing it was just fluids from the IV's they hooked me up to to get rehydrated. And since a gallon of water weighs 8.8 pounds it's was hiding out somewhere in me. Hang in there and congrats on getting back on track. Feel good! Maureen

Hey Rita!! So glad to see you posting this morning. I am here and at work hitting the grind. It's going to be a hot one today. I've already got my walking in so I am glad of that. I have to stay away from the greasy stuff also. I am glad you are feeling better. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. God Bless. Angie

Good Morning Rita, I think that is part of the beauty of this new tool, is it certainly keep us in line and I am glad to hear that it continues to do so further out!!!! I am just at the stage of introducing different foods and I won't try anything new unless I am at home. I haven't really had any trouble but I don't want to away from home either!! Have a great day everyone!! Pat

Good morning, everyone! As a newly post-op, I am glad to know that the "tool" really works. I hope it does the same for me if/when I ever get off track. It is already so hot this morning...I think I'm going to do my walking indoors on the treadmill! Try to stay cool and have a great day! Susan

Hi folks. I hope that everybody is doing well. I have finally broken into the 160's (169 to be exact). I had been stuck between 171 and 174 for a while. No w I have weighed 169 for the past two days. I am so excited that tomorrow is Friday. Anybody have big weekend plans? Not us. Well, have a great one. Roberta

Greetings, All! I am new here. I have laproscopic mini gastric-bypass-surgery scheduled with Dr. Dasher in High Point in July 11. Finally finished my package. They sure have put me through an education there. I have high hopes of eventually returning to a normal life. Right now I am around 440lbs and 6'1 and 1/2/" BMI around 58. Are there others here who had their surgery with Dr Dasher? Sure good to see so much excitement. David
