Doc visit today

well i had my surgery jan 10th and found out today i am down 93 pounds!!!

Congrats Kurt! This is so wonderful! I am so proud for you ....Just keep up the good work. Listen to your doctors and nutritionist...and listen to your body, it will tell you some good stuff if you listen to it. We are having our next support meeting in Gastonia on 5/1 and would love for you to join us. At this time we have 5 men joining us with a normal crowd of about 20-25 women, growing all the time.
