Looking for friends

Ill make this brief as my TV show is coming on deadliest catch I moved to NC in august of 04 due to my job i havent made many friends, if any I had surgery the 10th of jan and as of mid march i was -60 pounds Anywho im looking for friends in my area I live near Hickory or really anywhere that wanna chat and compare notes. I am involved in a very active support group near me in Charlotte/Ballantyne.... Hope each day is better and better for you... It can be a little tough at first, but well worth it in no time! Hey Kurt, Welcome to North Carolina...You should find a lot of people in this area, everyone on this board is so nice and supportive. We have a great support group here in Gastonia as well. Arlies, I can't remember the ladies name but she was at the support group meeting with Dr. Gilbert. She was from Natchez Mississippi. Anyway I saw her at Dr. Salemeah's office Tues and she is having surgury Mon at UMC. I wish I could remember her name. Huggs Joyce
