1-I bought a new suit but it may be too big now. I still have a lot of terrible skin hanging on my legs and arms, so I think that a two piece at my age is out of the question, unless we get our own pool! LOL! 2-I am coming home, it costs as much for the ticket as a really nice family vacation this time and I will work most of the time on things at my house. Still so much to do, things to pay for and to keep the property going while we are not home. I am going to my 40 year class reunion July 1st in Jackson. It will be nice to be a skinny Minnie for this!!!! LOL!! 3-It is too soon to think about surgery! Oprah said that she would just wear 3/4 sleeves rather than have a scar down the arm for skin reduction! I am a little apprehensive about a tummy tuck and never wanted the boobs operated cause I never plan to go topless, so unless I decide to have a face lift and neck lift, that is probably as far as I will go, unless surgeon says I need tummy tuck for medical reasons..... 4-Worst thing is that when I am full, I cannot stand to stay at the table unless it is cleared of food. I feel ill when I look at too much food!!! After so much time in China where lots of foods are served in small dishes, I like this method of eating, a large plate of anything makes me feel sick!!!! Another thing, I cannot eat Krispy Kreme donuts any more! I miss having those sweet things...... 5-The best thing about WLS is that I feel so good! The response from people vs when I was so heavy is amazing. There was a lot of discrimination from a lot of folks, and now the funny thing is that I am smaller than them! LOL! Case in point was when we came to HK and went to my husbands bosses house for dinner. They moved chairs because they thought that I was going to break the chair at the table! I was so embarrassed! We had the same chairs at home and they never broke or even were wobbly! They acted like I was an elephant! Last month they came to visit us, the wife was so shocked and said well now I believe you are smaller than I am, and she has put on weight! LOL! I have a lot of energy and do not have to start my day with extra strength Tylenol. I used to take Celebrex, sometimes as many as 2 or 3 in a day if I was really hurting. It is wonderful to feel good for a change, although sometimes I do have problems with being grouchy. I think it is true that skinny people are mad all the time! LOL!!! cause they are really hungry!!!! HaHa....... Hope everyone has a good weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Will you purchase a new bathing suit this summer, if so will it be a one piece or a two piece? ** Yep - going to get a tankini I think. Can't wait to go try them on! This is HONESTLY the first time in my life that I've ever looked forward to BS shopping! 2. Where if anywhere do you plan to take a family vacation this summer? **We are supposed to go back to Rhinelander Wisconsin this summer, but if Scott doesn't start making some commission and gas doesn't go down we probably will be vacationing in our back yard! 3. Have you or do you plan to have any plastic surgery once you meet your WLS goal? **Didn't think so, but now I'm beginning to wonder. We'll wait and see. 4. What is the worst thing about your life after WLS? **I have to agree with everyone else... having to stop eating when you are really enjoying it -- although that is getting better for me. I can suddenly eat alot more than I used to be able to. 5. What is the best thing about your life after WLS? **The energy! I didn't know how bad I felt until I lost it! HUGS! Kimberly

1. I have already bought two bathing suits both of them two piece. First summer after plastics. Woo hoo! 2. We are not going anywhere big. We may take the kids to Six Flags and maybe to John's Dad's in Gulf Shores so they can go to the beach. But we don't have any big trips planned this year. 3. I have had plastic surgery. I had a breast lift, breast augmentation, and a tummy tuck. 4. Being stuck at a table in a restaurant with everyone still eating when I am done. When I am done, I have to get away from the food. I can't just continue to sit there around it all. 5. Everything Melissa

Hi Sheri... We arent supposed to chew gum but most of us do. The reason and you probably already know is that if we swallow it its possible it will block the stoma and you will have to have surgery to unblock it. I am the worlds worst when it comes to gum. I swallow it and have since surgery - it was 1/2 piece of dentyne. But-- if you are not a swallower - chew on girl! Be very careful though!

Well Holly you are right they next time you talk to anyone as this point right now the surgery will be over. I am so proud of you for sticking this out I know it took longer than we ever thought it would be but you are now in the OR with Dr Malik's and Dr. Hamad's hands working their magic...you are ever so luck to have them there to change your life and I know you are in very blessed hands. I will see you soon and as well let everyone know how you are doing. Congrats and I can not wait to see the new Holly each and everytime I see you. Jennifer Advanced Bariatric Center
