Saturday Roll Call

Did you get my emails earlier today? The ones with the tricare approved plastic surgeons? Call a few of them and talk to their coordinators about it. You look great!! I enjoyed lunch, we need to get together when we can spend the afternoon just hanging out!! Maybe Friday night will work out, don't know yet, I will let you know later. I doubt I can go Saturday though, have to work part of the day. Rhonda

I know that skin is an issue now, cause I cannot face another surgery just now either. But my skin is looking better with time too, so don't feel too bad, I am wearing 3/4 sleeves and knee length shorts, they hide most of the problems, jeans are good too, don't show that much. Just take it easy and don't go for surgery until you are really ready! I am so thrilled that you have gotten to goal and are looking good!!! Cheryl

Hi Nancy It's no longer morning but I have to get ready quickly for work. Had a tough night and slep most of the day. I work nights from 4 until 12:30 a.m. and returned to work on Thursday after being out a month. Boy do I ever not like working -- but there are bills ..... It takes longer to get ready for work with getting in my protein and fluids before I leave home and then packing up meals and snacks and beverages to take to work. Glad we had some rain -- it seems to bring down the pollen dust. I have been suffering madly with my asthma the last few days -- coughing to the point that I just hope I don't split a gut. I'll call my doctor Monday to see if I can get something to quiet me down. Anyway, I'm doing fine - down 43 pounds :jump and have 110 pounds to get to goal. Hey Maureen! I am trying to get caught back up on my posts and I am sorry to see you are having a rough go of it. I know it is tough trying to get everything you need to take to work, when in the past you could just grab and go, but it will all be worth it...look, already down 43 pounds ..you go girl! you! 4:05 pm so I guess I'll say good evening. Had a busy day here, went grocery shopping and to the Meat Market (leg of lamb for $2.99 a pound!), then did some house cleaning. Now, it's time to sit myself on the couch and watch a DVD or two...and maybe tip back in my recliner and . Hope everyone has a great weekend! Lisa L.

Well, it's the end of the day. I hope everyone has had a wonderful Saturday! We went out shopping this morning and out to lunch at O'Charley's. I had a yummy Pecan Chicken Salad. Then a nap took over. We finished the afternoon off with going to church. Tomorrow, I plan to go through my closet and pull out all of the clothes that are too big. See you tomorrow! Nancy

Hey Nancy! Glad to hear you had a great Saturday....you really are looking wonderful! How fun is it to shop now, I just love being able to look at the smaller sizes....
