Busy lately....

Its been a while since I last posted here but Ive been lurking. I think I did answer a post last week but otherwise I havent posted here in several weeks. I had my exercise appointment today. Yesterday I had my psychiatrist appointment and I had my nutritionist appointment last week. I need to go ahead and get my chest xray and ekg and lab work done and then Im supposed to be all set. Im not good with Charlotte traffic but I feel like I could find presby with my eyes closed now....lol I also have asked and asked Steffney at Dr Voellingers office about moving up my appointment and during my exercise appointment she called and asked if I could come in this Friday!!!! Concerning medicaid their office manager said she thought I probably had enough documentation to satisfy medicaid so Im keeping my fingers crossed about that. I havent heard anything from vocational rehab and I think they are holding back and hoping that medicaid does this. Steffney did say not to get my hopes up about getting the surgery done soon. She said they had 140 people ahead of me. I wonder if those 140 have already gotten all their appointments done etc? Either way Im not giving up about getting it done sooner rather than later. I got some good news (unrelated to WLS) the other day also and right now Im feeling pretty good about everything.

Please let me know if there is a meeting planned. I would love to come and meet some of you great people. Dyan F
