wls Events?

Hi Everyone! Since I am new to this board, I was wondering if you all have any wls events on a large scale. We, in VA, have events twice a year in Richmond. Anyway, my hubby has four more days before he becomes a local North Carolinian. I will miss him. Anyway, I am rambling. Can someone tell me anything that we should know, like strange local laws, or lore? ok ok, now I am rambling. Paula

Hi, I will be moving in the Durham/Raleigh/Cary/Apex area. My sister-in-law lives in Durham and we have visited often. We always loved being down there. Can't wait!! Paula
