I have cancer!

Well just yesterday on this very board I was complaining about slow weight loss and a thyroid problem. Today I have thyroid cancer. Got a call earlier from the endocrinologist and my biopsies came back malignant.I don't quite know how to feel about this. There's so much information on the internet to digest about it. Hoping maybe some one here might have been through this before and can offer some insight. Thanks for listening. Carly

i'm sorry for your diagnosis. be happy that they caught it and often thyroid cancer can be cured. make sure you are comfortable with your doctor and then do what he/she says. you are in my thoughts and prayers!!!! susan
