Hello NC

I have been lurking lately. I am guilty. I have had this crazy stomach virus since Monday & now I have streph (?). I so want to be at the meeting Monday. I am on meds now, I will try to keep you posted. I can not beleave with me taking all my vitimans, that I have been so sick this year. I think I have been sicker this year than I have my whole life. Maybe it will get better once I stop loosing weight & my body gets "back to normal". Hope everyone is doing well. Way to go Nancy E in wonderland I think I have made it to the century club. I am going back to the Dr today (check my throat & ears) I'll check my weight then. Happy weekend to everyone. Lots of Jennifer

Hey Jennifer! I was wondering about you earlier this morning. I hate to hear you are sick again. Do you think it is being passed from your kids to you, or at your job??? I have become so parinoid about germs that I keep anitibacterial hand cleaner in my car and wash my hands a great deal more now as well. Not saying you are not taking proper precautions, but also, are you getting enough protein in along with your vitamins?? This is very important because if you don't your immune system would weaken. Let us know what the doctor says. I hope your strep is clearing up, because it is contagious...so be careful with the family. I had strep once in my ear and it was treated as a ear infection and I ended up with Scarlet Fever...not something you want!! Take care sweeite! you! Nancy
