Nancy E., Having Computer problems..please READ!

Hey my fellow support buddies. Yesterday afternoon I posted about our upcoming support meeting for next monday. Very Shortly thereafter, my system crashed, and we are trying this one more time before we go back to Best Buy for Warranty repair. If you sent me any emails yesterday eveing up until around 9:00pm today, please resend. I realize I may get some of them more than once, but it is better to be safe than sorry. Have a great night!
