Happy Monday Morning Roll Call!

Well I cannot believe I beat eveyone else to the roll call this beautiful, chilly Monday morning. Just got thru with my routine, threadmill, ab curls and bathed and dressed for work. I see Dr M today to get the results of my labs. I am 7 months out and as of last friday have lost 85.3 lbs. I thank God for this surgery every day! And I thank him for all of you, you have all been such a support to me. This weekend was absolutely fabulous, God is so good, I have my joy and my desire to live and am excited about my future! I had a wow moment this weekend, I was having lunch with a friend Sunday after church and wanted to wear jeans, you know how us women love to shop, so while in Walmarts, I say this great looking pair of jeans, the kind that kinda fit right below your waist line, no size 12's so I took in a size 10, they had a little stretch to them and guess what they fit, you know how we all feel kinda self concious when they fit, but I bought them and wore then and got lots of compliments. It made me feel very good! What Wow moments are you having? Life if good, God is better! Much Clytie

Good morning Clytie and everyone else! I've been MIA from this board for way too long! I've been so busy with this wonderful new life. Last night I actually sat down and talked with my husband about all the new things going on and honestly couldn't believe how things are sooooo different this year from last. My job is great! We are putting a bid in on a new house today (we need lots of more room)! Three days ago I found out I was pregnant with my second baby. I am so happy I cannot stop smiling. I am worried because I've not reached the desired 12 month mark before getting pregnant, but I feel that everything is going to be great. Yesterday I was stopped about 10 times trying to get out of church with people telling me how wonderful I look. My husband, brother, sister-n-law and me took my 4 year old daughter to Carowinds for the first time! I was able to ride all the rides with my daughter. Since the time she was old enough to ride the rides my husband or someone else always had to ride with her because I didn't have a prayer of fitting on them, and yesterday was awesome. I would have liked to ride the roller coasters that I've not been able to fit on in years, but I'm happy to sit those out due to the pregnacy and not fat! Hope everyone is doing great and hopefully I wont be a stranger anymore!

Good morning Angel Yes, I called you angel because that is what you are. When I hear people say, "let others see Jesus in you" I think of you, because you do that!!! I'm so happy about your wow moment. Isn't it great to be able to fit into something that was only a dream a year ago? Who knows, the 8's are next! Larry

Good morning, sunshine!!! I had a WOW moment this weekend. They weren't size 10 jeans, but they were some old jeans that I had that are a 16 that I finally got fastened and they did not hurt!!! I'm loving this trying on smaller clothes. I went to Talbots Outlet and tried on some capris and shorts. Guess I'll have to start getting some shorts for the summer! I am SO blessed to have this tool and the good health to enjoy it's rewards. God is the best! Nancy

Happy Monday to all! I love reading about wow moments!!! We have so much to be thankful for. Hope everyone had a good weekend. I froze all weekend. I will be so glad for warmer weather to be here.
