Hi, Have you looked at a GNC store. They have lots of natural stuff there. And if you have any health food places they can hook you up too. I have to take the old milk of mag. every night before bed time. amy

They have it at Harris Teeter, too! I bought some, but haven't had the nerve to use it - I'm told that it works really great, but I've got to make sure I'm home for a while when I drink it!!!

I drank at night before bed and by 4 am was like a goose. It was a good thing. Gail
