I must say Gastonia has an awesome support group! I'm over 2 hours away from Gastonia, but I definately hope to attend your support group on day/month in the near future!

Hi Nancy, Dont think I am going to be able to make it to the meeting Monday. I am a member of the Charlotte Checkers Booster Club and their meeting is Monday also and I have some things I need to discuss with them. So sorry about having to miss the meeting. Was hoping to be there to see everyone. Hope to make it to the next one but I may be out of town then not sure. Hope all is well your way. One year out and have lost 140 lbs. Kathy
