It is more of feeling of just feeling bad, Monday I did get sick and threw up some egg for the 1st time, and since then just blah ! I know it is getting close to time for my period. Is this normal? And will it pass ? Thanks for all the help- Melissa -37 lbs (YEAH !!!)

At 1 month out I felt so bad and so tired all the time. And for sure couldn't eat or drink much at all. Just rest when you can. And for being depressed oh my god I would have never guessed I would be depressed. I am the happy person. It comes and goes. I am 10 months out and still have troubles throwing up. Ate some mashed taters last night and puked and puked. It is not a easy road like the skinny people think it is. We go through alot. Good luck to you and hope you feel better soon. Amy

One month already... Way to go! I'm sorry you are sick! Eggs are still hard for me to eat. Try to stick to things like toast, potatoes, baked or mashed, maybe crackers with some cheese. Remember take baby steps.... You will feel better soon. see you soon! ToniGirl

Hi Melissa, I remember feeling topsy turvy on and off and I'm sure pms had something to do with it. Just remember that you're body has been through a huge change and of course the chemical balance has been upset as well. I do get depressed and sad often even now after 9 weeks. I remind myself that my body is still adjusting to the healing process and the weightloss and that these feelings are normal and that helps. I look to the future and I'm giving myself time...a year...to just be...just breathe and get through the weightloss process. It might sound corny but it helps me get through those moments of sadness and depression....all you have to do in this moment is breathe...just give yourself time and be easy on yourself. As far as the physical symptoms, be easy on yourself too...you're relearning to eat and learning what you're body will handle. It will get better and what you're going through is normal...that helps me too, knowing that all is normal and it will work itself out in time. Hope you feel better soon... Jamey
