I did it!!!

at the age of 53 and after losing 112 lbs, I ran a mile this morning! a whole, 5280 feet!!! A mile!! can you bellieve it? I never would have thought it possible a year ago when I could not even go all the way up the stairs to my bedroom without stopping for a breather!! a MILE!! that's a long way!! HURRAY! I am so happy for you. There is no way I could even run. I am 41 years old and my weight is 110. But still don't think I could ever run. I stay so tired and run down. A mile that is so good. That is so much to be proud of. I'm jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No I'm happy for ya. Amy

that is awesome, I remember back when (umm maybe humm 18 years ago) I could run 2 miles, I had lost 65lbs, it was the best feeling under the sun, back then had been the 1st time I was concidered small..(which ended within a year) but while it lasted it was awesome, so I can imagine how great that accomplishment felt to you...
