Hello from everyone living in beautiful North Carolina Have a friend relocating to Greensboro and she will need to find a lapband doctor for fills. Can anyone give me any guidelines, prices, referrels? In NC, are any NPs, PAs or Radiologists allowed to do fills? Thanks .. Theresa
