Get up ya'll! Half the day is gone

Rise and shine. Arent we blessed to have each otherand the support and resources to have or be considering this life changing surgery?.(((( Hugs))))) to all. I feel real "lovish " this am . I'm done with my workday and will while you guys go break up your rocks! Worked out yesterday at the aquatic center in Huntersville and can hardly walk today. Feels like I all night! Go out there and feel great and drink all your water and get in all your protein Gail

Good morning, Glad to hear you are feeling so good. My morning just started. Just got to work. That stinks. But I am glad I am well enough to work. And blessed to have a job. Gail ((((HUG'S)))) Boy are we bright eyed and bushey tailed this morning. Glad to see you with so much energy! I went to the Group support meeting lastnight in Hampton, Va. I was really good. I enjoyed meeting so many pre-op's and post-op's. I look forward to many more support meetings after my surgery. Only 5 more days. My surgery is Tuesday May 16th. Hope you have a great weekend!
