Advice to All Considering WLS - Research Your Surgeon

If there are 15 or so people you know about who have had the same issue with the same surgeon maybe it could be oraginzed as a class action law suit. Not sure if a handful of you all contacted the same lawyer would help.

I have only spoke to one other patient, but the doctor's office personnel said that Dr. V treated about 13 others. I know that they cannot give me the names of the others. But the one patient that contacted me, she and I are trying to work together. Wish us luck.

I am assuming that this surgeon is no longer practicing in Charlotte? Are they still practicing? I am concerned about anyone who may be currently seeing that person. Thanks for sharing and I wish you all the best as you continue your quest for effective WLS. Nancy
