After waiting over 5 years, I finally have my surgery date with Dr. Savoie. I went for my blood work, ECG and chest x-ray this morning at my own hospital and then meet with the Anesthetist next Tuesday, start Boost on April 28th. You blink and things start to move.

Thanks for posting that. It is one less thing to worry about, the pain afterwards. It sounds really minimal. The pain after my tt was because if I tried to lay down on the bed, it pulled the skin and that hurt. And getting up was bad for that reason. I wasn't cut at all through the muscle.
i think you will find that there is alot of great information on this topic on the main forum and on the new brunswick forum, if you go back a few posts there is one called thinning hair i believe and there are many posts before that.
i am just suggesting this as i am too lazy to type my info all over again lol. i also take tons of vitamins and biotin but it was no use, i lost most of it, no worries, i would take that over the weight and though it was very sad for me, would do it again ten times over
congratulations on your one year surgeversary
:)
you will have to let us know how your specialist appointment goes and what suggestions they may have (would love some pointers) if it is not hormone related.
cheers
