This is just for fun and YMMV:

Print this out and post it on your mirror, your refrigerator, near your scale, on your dog, at your doctor's office! Just be inspired!

And here are DIY Blank Slates to use and create your own!  Print it out and hand write on them or photoshop to your liking!

Topic: RE: MGB surgeons in Oklahoma City
Hi there,

I suggest you contact Trish at their Los Vegas office.  She would have a listing of all the surgeons. http://clos.net is the website.

Topic: Need a watch
Hey, I am looking into getting a fairly cheap watch with an alarm I can program but I hate how bulky they are, does anyone know of a womens watch like that that is smallish. I want it for remembering meds and water.
Thanks Jillian

Topic: MGB surgeons in Oklahoma City
Hi, I am in the process of researching the various WLS and the MGB has caught my attention.  Has anyone from Oklahoma City had the surgery and, if so, can you tell me who the surgeon was that performed the procedure.  The process of ruling out those WLS that don't "feel" right is pretting overwhelming - but so is being morbidly obese!

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
