I can't see the image.  Is there a link or some other way to see it?  I would really be interested in seeing this pyramid.  Thanks!

Topic: Swallowing liquids
I just had the gastric bypass February 15, and I was wondering if anyone would know if it is normal for it to hurt a little bit when swallowing liquids and to get diarrhea after drinking.

Topic: Forward Thinking

“Youre trying to eat right but tend to have set backs. Here are some forward thinking tips.”

1. Don’t hang out where the food is. At home, limit your time in the kitchen. At parties, separate yourself from the buffet table. Try to have conversations on the sofa and not at the table.
2. Think small. Take less than you think you want. You may be surprised to find you are satisfied with less.
3. Enjoy but don’t indulge. Remember, the best bites of any food are the first ones. It doesn’t get better the more you eat. Have a bite or two and be done.

Topic: What, when, where??

“The workout on the infomercial looked promising. Here's how to find real promise. ”

The key to any workout being successful is whether it fits your lifestyle. If you don’t push yourself when you are alone, any workout you do at home probably isn’t going to work. It doesn’t mean you are a failure. It just means you crave a different atmosphere. Finding the right type of workout can go a long way towards helping you stay inspired to keep exercising. You know yourself best, so look for a fitness program that suits it.

Topic: The Smoking Gun

“Uncovering the smoking gun of why you overeat is key. Here's how to pull the trigger.”

If you can figure out why you overeat then you can make a plan for dealing with those triggers. When you are eating think about why. Is it hunger or do you use food to cope with disappointment, rejection, boredom, or as a reward for a good job? Figure out a better way to deal with the emotions that get you to eat.
