WOW! Can't believe in January it'll have been 2 years since my MGB.
I fluctuary between 120-130lbs and have clothes sizes 0-4.
Woot woot!
Live my everyday life fairly normally - play lots of sports, eat healthy, drink lots of water.
How time flies!!
My sister had the RNY and had 4 years she's had about 40lbs of regain - she came with me down to Vegas when I had Same day surgery with Dr R and she keeps thinking about a revision to the MGB.
Long term regain - anyone found that with the MGB? Impression I'm getting is that as long as you keep on keeping it's far less with the MGB than with most WLS??
Is this the case?
Thanks for your help and keep on' keepin'! :)

Hi,

Yes, I had some regain but that was my fault.  I got lazy and ate all the wrong things.  Now I am back on track, at least with the lazy part and trying to eat healthy.  This has been a wonderful experience for me.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Thanks for getting back to me!
I'm so active now I just naturally eat pretty good because my body needs it with all the sports I am involved in.
Can't believe it's already been this long and how much changes.
Definitely have to say that it's been an interesting, positive, life-changing journey!

Wow......so you mean you've had no weight regain whatsoever? I don't know but approximately after how long does the weight come back or "may" come back? I'm happy for you.Seems like you're doing very very well. Keep it up
