Hi,

First of all I would get some tests run to make sure there is nothing else going on such as Thyroid.  What kind of surgery did you have? Have you maintained your healthy eating choices and activities?  Any high stressers going on?  There so many things that can get in the way of losing weight.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

I had my surgery on Oct. 14th, 2003.  I am almost seven years out.  I too would like to do something to lose at least another 20 pounds.  I did meet goals and lost too much.  The doctor gave me medication so I would eat.  I gained 8 pounds in one month.  NEVER had I BEEN TOLD TO GAIN WEIGHT ever in MY LIFE!  Now that I have gained a total of 18 pounds back, I want it off again.

I have lost my left kidney.  I also have the right one going down.  The diet for gastric bypass patients is most definitely not the diet for renal failure.

HELP!  What should I do?
