Pricing for mini gastric bypass?

 I'm from BC Canada, and it's an expensive adventure to go to Tijuana to start out with so want surgery that won't likely require a lot of visits back such as a band.  Looking into MGB, as my problem really has a lot to do with sweets.   I really have such issues with finding a surgery fee upfront anywhere.   I wanted to know if anyone would be so kind as to please tell me how much they paid for the surgery and where.   I'm not interested in Betancourt clinics.   No offence to anyone intended.   Just would prefer LIMARP or another center not overpriced but good care, clean being a key part of this.  Looking for qualified, clean reasonable priced care.   Wish I could afford some of the high end prices but I'm not financing, and my savings are going to be depleted completely after this.   That said best buy for an MGB would be fabulous to know.   Thanks all..

 Thanks, I looked heavily at the websites, most do not publish their rates.   I am able to get gastric bypass in Canada free through my medical but not without a 4.5 year wait.  Hospitals are so clogged at present I can only see that wait extending even more and I'm 55 yrs old, I don't know where they say no due to age so my only place is Mexico.   I've found a surgeon now.   Thanks for the message though.   I will get Dr. Sergio Verboonen to do it.

I know of some folks who went to Mexico and had great success.  Make sure you have a knowledgeable doctor locally to support your after care.
