Can anyone recommend MGB surgeons in Mexico?

In 04/11 I paid $7,000 for the doctor and surgery, plus about $2,000 in travel costs. So total $9,000.

 Dr. Alberto Aceves MEXICALLI, has a very good bed side Manner and is a PATIENT  kind man.  He spoke to me after I had extreme complications from another Mexican clinic 2007.  Also dr. Fernando Gonzales tj has been extremley supportive to me after my ordeal, he had absolutely nothing to do with.  They both seem like pretty repupatable Doctors.  Just remember they are Doctors really really Doctors.

 Once again.  I had my Band surgery done in 2006 with Dr. "V" and his clinic in TJ, MX.  The band was placed and I immediately had complications.  I could not even swallow my own saliva.  They used intimidation tactics and their expertise to manipulate me into additional surgeries and procedures over the course of one year.  I was so extremely malnourished and dehydrated I lost my ability to create speech.  Furthermore,  I was assaulted be his "Team of Surgeons" leaving me permanently dis figured and crippled for the rest of my life.  I have reached out to him with CT scans,  photos and lengthy descriptions of my injuries as a direct result of this crime.  He has of course never contacted me to help me to regain my normal anatomy which was stolen Via Surgical attack while under his care.  
This "Assault" took place a few hours post band removal.  I was in overnight recovery and a special team was brought into the clinic for the specific purpose of Harvesting  genital tissues from my body without my consent.  I am still awaiting a sincere response from him and have been devastated beyond anyone's imagination.  
It has been five long painful years and I am still waiting to hear from him.
Will he understand the injustice and intentional maiming that was done to me?
 Probably not!  
I trusted him as my Doctor and Advisor.  Why was this done to me?  Why won't he help me?
 Why?  Why?  Why?
