what is the difference between a mini bypass and a vertical sleeve?

When looking at the diagram of the vertical sleeve, it looks similar to the MGB but without the bypass. In the MGB about 6 feet of the small intestines are bypassed. The sleeve doesn't have that.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

why do the dates with the people differ like 3yrs & only 23lbs off? I am confused in telling how well everyone is doing with weight loss & the mini Sleeve?
