Hi see a lot of stuff about a Dr. Rutledge. Is this is site? My appointment is with Dr. Kwon at Tri State Bariatrics. Has anyone done it with him or his associate and does anyone have anything to say about it?

Hi,

Dr. Rutledge is the creater of the Mini Gastric Bypass.  His site is http://clos.net.  I don't know who Dr. Kwon is.
