My surgeons nurse called me about 15 minutes ago. She said that she had gotten a fax from tricare and I am approved!!!!!!!!!!! whoo hooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE SAID THAT MY SURGERY SHOULD BE SOMETIME IN NOVEMBER!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOU SUPPORT DURING MY WAIT FOR THE APPEALS PROCESS.( IT ONLY TOOK THEM A MONTH AND A HALF) HUGS, LAYLA

Im just finishing up my last appt required b-4 can submit to Tricare Ive been working on this since Aug. not to long but not soon enough hopefully I will get a date in Oct. But I feel you!!!!!

I had to quit smoking, I knew the surgeon wouldnt do my surgery unless I was smoke free, I quit in May 07 with the help of Chantix and my surgery was in Aug 07. I gained 18lbs after I quit smoking and hated myself, but it seems we get rid of one habit and get another to I guess justify it??? lol People smoke around me now and it doesnt make me want one I just hate the smell now. It gets better so hang in there ok? I thank God every day for taking away my craving for cigs. Hugs Donna S Ft. Stewart GA
