Hi Wendi Thanks for the warm welcome. Yea, I have seen this board more active than what I am seeing now. It is the holiday season as well though. Many people are enjoying family time. Congrats on getting a date. It's right around the corner. I pray all goes well. Again thanks Cammy

I have a date! Yep, it will be Dec 28th when I get to start my journey. Right now I am like a basket case. So much to do, so little time. So slide on over and make room, cause I am coming on over to the losers side. The best way to describe this is like when I was a kid and got to go to Disneyland for the first time and took the first E-ticket ride (ie; Space Mountain).

Hi Cammy, Welcome. Congratulations on the little one. The board has been slow somewhat, but this is a great place to find all kinds of support from other military wives.

Oh Ruth, just remember that you are never alone when you are a military wife. It is difficult, but I am sure you will do just fine. If you need anything, just holler. I have your husband and his compatriots as well as your family in my thoughts and prayers.

I will be praying for you, your husband and the children. If God brings you to it... he will bring you through it. We are all here for you.

Topic: New to board
Hi everyone! I am a proud army wife and mom. I have been lurking on this board for a while saying I'm going to post but never did. Then I went on a hiatis when I learned I was pregnant. Now I am back and cleared to workout again. I'm not interested in wls but the support and encouragement to continue the fight. Hope to find great support here! Cammy 280/211/150

Hi Ruth, I pray you make it through. My husband just left 3 weeks ago for a 15 month deployment. I have 2 children..4 yrs old and now 6 weeks ( he was 3 weeks when hubby left). It's not easy. I know you can make it through, it's what we military wives do!
