I have centrum chewable for my multi vitamin. They ae orange flavored and "doable" . I have to go shopping tomorrow for my other stuff. I called my PCM and he dais I can get a shot for B12 with him, so I am pleased with that.

I am days away!!!! I am feeling good and READY!! And I don't know about my Angel. I thought I had one, but not so sure now. 
I am currently on the atkins diet and only have to di a liquid diet the day before. Otherwise, all is going well!!!!
