Has ony one seen Dr. William Weiss currently at Ft. Campbell? He is the surgeon I have been dealing with at Blanchfield. He seems like he knows what he is doing. I have to complete the sleep study, upper gi, and nutrition. I meet again with him on July 5th. Any help is appreciated. Candy

I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck both paid for by tricare. As stated before it has to be medical necessary just keep good records through your doctor of rashes and pain caused by the excess skin

I have been researching WLS since 2002 and Ive finally decided to have it, Ive lost weight and gained it and more back over the years. But I didnt start the process until the later part of April and so far Ive gotten everything but my nutrician and psych eval left then they will schedule my surgery, I was hoping for some time in July but was told it may be sometime in late August Early Sept so Im just waiting now.

Well, all I can tell you is I did NOT have 6 months diet history or 6 months monitored weight loss. They approved me. Is it Tricare or the doctor requiring it? I think I would start asking questions. I wouldn't think they would require it for one and not another. That is just my take on it. Sorry if that doesn't help. Let me know how it goes.

OK....My husband AND my friend told me that me and him both get a free Cosmetic Surgery a year thru the Army....Is that true????? Is that like a nose job...boob job or sumthin stupid that nobody wants anyway??? Anybody know who I could talk too about this. Tricare don't know JACK bout NUTHIN...Im stumped.
