Yeah! I cant access my info on the tricare site. I tried my hardest to to it. The only way for me to find out my stats is to call tricare myself. Thanks for looking into it for me.

I looked at the Tricare Europe's website (this is what you are since you are in Germany, right?) and I don't see a login anywhere. So you may not have that service available. That stinks.
