Metropolitan Height Weight scale - what end of range does Tricare look for?

I have my first consult with the surgeon this week and I am so nervous that Tricare is going to say that I dont qualify over a couple of pounds.  I am 5'4" and weigh 235.  When they look at the chart do they use the low end which is 124 or the high end which is 138?  Also, this is for the medium build - how is that determined?  Please help!!  I really want to know what to expect walking into this appt.
