My broken bones

I just have to say that I am starting to do much better. I am able to start using my arm somewhat normally and I can get back on my bike. Don't worry, my DH bought me a trainer that allows me to use my bike as a stationary bike inside. I is stable and best of all whisper quiet. The regular stationary bikes, put me in a position that hurts my knees, hip and back. My regular bike doesn't. It is also too cold for my lungs to excersize outside for the winter. I hope you are all doing well and either getting your approval or recoverying nicely. Hugs to you all. Diana

It is so great to hear you are healing fine. Good to see you are getting back on your bike too. Good luck with that. Since that is going good, how is the weight loss coming along?

I have lost 46 lbs. I am getting close to my half way paoint. It sounds better when I look at it that way rather than only 46 lbs. My kids are really noticing a difference. My son says this is the smallest he has seen me. It isn't, but it is that he remembers. Diana

Diana, I glad that you have pretty much recovered from the pavement jumping up and biting you. I know what you mean about the cold weather. It makes it hard for me to exercise outside as well.

I really didn't know what I was going to do for the winter. I have that solved now. Diana
