any one in md who had or has dr greene at shady grove hospital how was your experience did he require 6 month diet history. i no tricare doesn't require it but was wondering if the surgeon does. thanks

I just had to switch to him yesterday. His website is advancedwls.com. He doesn't want the diet from what I seen on the site but he does want 500$ PROGRAM FEE!!!! WTF!! Don't know how the hell I'm gonna come up wit that. I called Tricare yesterday and they DONT pay for that.
