i went to Puerto Vallarta and had Dr. Hidalgo do my sleeve on Feb. 24 2016. Amazing doctor with awesome results . No pain no complications had a great experience . I highly recommend him . I started off at 236 pounds I am currently 187 I'm down 49 pounds and feel like a new person . I never had any gas pains or anything. It was like I never even had surgery at all.
Finally going in for surgery. The day has came and I'm so excited that the journey is just about to began. I hope I have a lot of good stuff to talk about but I do know I will have my good day and bad. i hope their will be more good then bad, but I'm looking forward to start getting healthy. I want to be able to do the stuff I was never able to do with my kids. I would love to be able to take them to the park and be able to run play ball ect. Not sure how well I will cope with the pain of the surgery but hopefully it will be just pressure that I feel and not to much pain.
Can someone tell me more about their experience in TJ. Did you feel safe? Should a person travel alone (young woman)?
I have so many questions about the safety. Many concerns about TJ itself. Please, I would like to hear more!

Hi...I am really excited and of course anxious about getting the sleeve however I am completely committed. Heck I have already quit smoking for 6 days which is a miracle in and of itself. Nothing is going to stop me for making this happen.

Is anyone going to be there between June 2nd and June 7th? Love to meet you!
What did you do for follow up if you had surgery in Mexico? Does anyone attend support groups etc?

I went thru a lighter me once with no problem, but a different surgeon.
My pcp agreed to follow me after my procedure for labs, etc. not all PCP's will do that so you need to make sure yours is on board before you go.will
