Oh you should. I will PM you. :) I did lots of research and it's what I got. I went here.

I found researching Drs in Mexico really hard. I don't know much about either one of them. Have you looked at the Duodenal Switch? Is more effective for high BMI's.
Kathy, would you please pm me as well with any info on Dr Quinones??
Just got an approval and what insight before I schedule. Thanks in advance...

Follow up - I went with United, all end seats. I'll get there nice and early for each flight so that I can ask for an extender early on.
Flights are booked and surgery is scheduled!
Who would you choose and why.
I'm 385 looking to get vsg. Can't find any negative on illan, and anything bad on Ortiz is small. Plus Ortiz is the only one I can find who is actually certified.
Anyone have thoughs?
I had a sleeve done there in May and it was a great experience. The care was excellent and my results have been better than I could have expected.
I used Dr. Valenzuela and she is one of the top surgeons anywhere in the world.
My wife had the same surgery done in the US a year ago and my care, experience, follow up, etc was far superior from Mexico Bariatric.
I used Mexico Bariatric in May of 2016 and had a great experience. Dr Valenzuela was my surgeon and she is one of the best bariatric surgeons you can find. I met friends that used Dr. Carrera and they were also happy.
I can assure you the care was first class. All med incuding take home pain med were provided.
Also, my wife had vsg surgery the year before I did. She had her surgery done in the US. My experience and care at MBC was far superior to the care she received In the US. I'm so glad I went to Mexico.
I would not hesitate. It's a good place and the surgery has been great for me. Down 80 pounds in 3 months. Off multiple med and enjoying life.
