One year has come and gone........

and what an amazing year it has been!!! I have lost 158 pounds and so many inches that I can't count on my fingers and toes anymore! I am going to submit before and after pictures soon so everyone can see my progress. For those of you about to start your weight loss journey, I hope you can look at my progress and be inspired. For those of you that went before me, thank you so much for the inspiration!! And a HUGE thanks to Dr. Aquirre and Obesity Help!!! Without them I would never have gotten where I am now! Thanks again!
