Another question about PV and Dr. Joya................

Does the hotel have a hair dryer or should I bring one? I would also like to get some sun while I'm there,are we able to lay out in the sun or does Dr. Joya instruct you to avoid to much sun after surgery? I start my pre op diet Monday, wish me luck! Thanks, Andrea

The hotel has a hair dryer and I worked on my tan after the surgery. Leanne

Yep hair dryer in the Hotel and I got a Nasty sunburn while recouping so PLEASE be careful in the Sun.... It such a wonderful place to recover tho!!!

i stayed in the sun or on the malecon{shopping strip} dr. j's assistants had to chase me down to remove drains and deliver antbiotics(snafu at hosp. forgot to get them ahead of time)!we had a ball! my calves never looked so good from all the walking! enjoy the peace mornings on the beach!
