7 DAYS FROM TODAY!!!!
The real journey begins seven days from today. I will be in Dr. joya's care but in God's hands..
This liquid diet is the hardest thing I've had to do in a while but I'm learning some things about my body.
1. It doesn't take near the amount of food I had been putting in my body to feel satisfied.
2. There is a real difference between hunger and greed 
3. I have more will power than I ever thought I had
I would like to challange every one today to:
1. Read at least three verses of what ever chapter you'd like in your Bible.
2. Drink at least 70 oz. of water.
3. Take ALL YOUR VITAMINS AND OTHER MEDS!!!!
Everyone HAVE A GREAT DAY
