Im so glad she is doing better, I had complications after surgery with Dr Joya also, I had to have a second surgery and blood Transfusion. It was very scary, but Dr Joya's team did a good job keeping my husband informed of what was going on.

sorry i've been away from the board for a few days. i'm glad to hear your friend made out ok. how is her husband after his surgery? wow---that's a lot of stuff to deal with at one time!

Hey Stephanie. Hope you're still doing good! My friend and her husband are both doing fine. He came through without any problems, so that was a relief for their family, I know!

I will be praying for them, my heart hurts for the both of them. I know how much we are ready to get "well" and on the losing side by the time we get to surgery.
