Wow Cindy. Your photo is hot! You look like a completely different person than I remember! GREAT JOB, YOU HOTTIE! Now on to your diet. I see it posted and realize why I have hit the skids. I forgot this was how we were supposed to eat! I am going to start with good things so I don't feel like such a loser (in a bad way). First of all I still drink 75-90 oz of water a day. Actually I found a really good crystal-lite knock off at Wal-Mart. They are flavored with cherry, strawberry, grape, fruit punch, etc. and they literally taste like you are drinking kool-aid. So sugary and sweet, but only 5 calories per serving! I worry about the dye's in it, but other than that it is a great way to get my water in each day. Plus I got the ok from my trainer so I continue to chug it down. However I have difficulty following Dr. Aguirre's instructions of not eating with meals. That has been extremely challenging for me. My second good thing is that I don't eat sugar. I still lie to myself and say that I can't, even though I secretly question whether I can now since everyone else is. But it doesn't get me off the hook for sugar-free, which I must say IS THE DEVIL. My worst craving of all is cake. I miss cake so much. Ok, on to the bad stuff. When I do have a sandwich, sometimes I can only eat half, but I usually eat 2/3 to a full sandwich. With the sandwich I sometimes eat 10 potato chips..I try to keep it to 1 serving. But the volume has definitely changed. Especially in looking at your list today...I'm way off. I would have to say that my weakness and probably the reason for my slowdown in weight is that I can't seem to eat enough fruit in the day. I can eat up to 5 servings a day which I am sure is pushing around 600-800 calories. I think the reason for the fruit is that I am really craving something sweet and tasty and different from the hum-drum food I eat the rest of the time....i.e. no cake. Also, carbs. @#(*#@*. I completely ignore all about my protein targets and when I do, I find that I eat a lot of carbs. I really need to start getting back into that. I have a bit of a personal question to ask all you one year and older folks. Do you have problems with gas? Depending on what I eat, I have the stankiest, most-foul smelling farts in the whole world! Even the dog leaves the room! I haven't yet figured out which foods make them worse, but holy crap. Literally. Anyway, Happy Anniversary Cindy. You look great! I'm sure you feel just as wonderful. Hey Lisa: You are doing a lot right, I'm impressed!! Do you know how much protein we should being getting in now? I have to say, I do enjoy an occasional peanut butter m & m's. I know i have to give them up....i just crave chocolate so much and i can't figure out why. i didn't like it that much before the surgery. Maybe it's cause i'm not drinking diet coke anymore and i'm trying to get in my caffine...lol As for the gas.....no, haven't had a problem with that. However i do burp a lot now...and it's humiliating!! Every time i eat, i start burping. By the way...you look WONDERFUL!!!! Can't wait to see you in person!! (((hugs))) Tami~

Hi Everyone! I, too, am battling the post one year anniversary blues. But, I'm encouraged that I will loose more weight now that I've joined Weigh****chers. I feel like I'm more in control of my eating. Here is what I had today: Weigh****cher cereal, banana, and 1% milk (my family REFUSES skim!) Orange low fat yogurt with apples (this is my STAPLE! I crave it like ice cream!) wild rice and turkey fat-free popcorn and for dinner......have you ever tried Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches? They are SOOOOO good! I would be happy just eating that for dinner! Kathleen 257/165/135 (?)

Hey everyone: (hiding my small package of peanut butter m & m's). I try so hard to eat right, and I really do for the most part. But DANG i crave chocolate and can't seem to get control of it. I haven't gained weight, but i'm not loosing either. That's why i was hoping we could all start posting again and help each other to be accountable. All ready i'm plotting throwing away anything with sugar in it. THANK YOU Cindy for starting this discussion!!! Tami~
