Dr. Joya?

I just got back yesterday from PV. I can tell you that I had nothing but an absolutely positive experience. Everyone wasd just outstanding. From Nathalie being there at the airport to pick you up and whisk you off to the hospital, all of the nurses, Dr. Espinoza, etc..... I had my surgery on the 9th, I was at the hotel on the 13th. Went walking all over PV, took a bus trip up to San Sebastian ( great trip). I have had no problems at all. The drain tube was the only discomfort I had, once it was gone so was the discomfort. They furnish you with pain medication but I didn't need any. I am down 21 lbs. since the surgery and feel great. I would recommend Dr. Joya to anyone considering this surgery. i can't speak spanish. and natalie was out of town. we had a few minor problems with that! but all in all it was a wonderful exp.i wish gerald could get some t- shirts made that said made in mexcio! w/ dr. joyas name on them!i would by one in a least 3 different sizes for my journy!

I plan to have surgery with Dr. Joya as soon as I can get the money together. I really hope its before March, but I dont know that it will be. maybe we can go together? I want to do a little more research on this DR. before I go. I have only heard good things so far, I hope he is good! you can contact me anytime! Aimee

I had my LAP RNY done with Dr Joya in December and was VERY pleased with the whole experience. He and his staff were wonderful, as was the hospital and staff.
